By participating as a creator on Veloré, you agree to this Agreement.

- Agency
- Joint venture
- Franchise relationship
Creators are solely responsible for their activities.

- No Guaranteed Income
Veloré does not guarantee:
- Revenue
- Earnings
- Gifts
- Tips
- Visibility
- Matches
- Leads
- Opportunities
Results vary between creators.

- Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of content they upload.
However, creators grant Veloré a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display content
- Promote content
- Distribute content
- Host content
- Market platform services
for purposes related to operation and promotion of Veloré.

- Prohibited Content
Creators may not upload:
- Illegal content
- Fraudulent content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Violent content
- Harassing content
- Hate speech
- Non-consensual content
- Misleading content
- Content involving minors
Veloré may remove content without notice.

- Profile Promotion
Veloré may feature creator profiles through:
- Discovery pages
- Search results
- Boost programs
- Featured placements
- Banner placements
- Promotional campaigns
Veloré does not guarantee specific placement positions.

- Gifts and Tokens
Users may send gifts or tokens through the platform.
Creators understand:
- Gifts do not create obligations.
- Gifts do not guarantee communication.
- Gifts do not establish contractual relationships.
Veloré reserves the right to modify gift systems at any time.

Creators remain solely responsible for:
- Messages
- Video calls
- Meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Business arrangements
- Social interactions
Veloré does not supervise or control interactions between users.

- Safety Responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- Exercise caution when meeting others.
- Verify identities independently.
- Follow local laws.
- Report suspicious activity.
Veloré is not responsible for user conduct.

- Platform Integrity
Creators may not:
- Purchase fake engagement.
- Manipulate platform metrics.
- Use bots or automation.
- Circumvent platform systems.
- Create duplicate accounts.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

- Suspension and Removal
Veloré may suspend, restrict, or terminate creator accounts at any time.
Reasons may include:
- Policy violations
- Fraud concerns
- Safety concerns
- Abuse reports
- Verification failures
Termination decisions may be made without prior notice.

- Intellectual Property
Creators may not:
- Use Veloré trademarks without authorization.
- Represent themselves as owners or employees of Veloré.

All Veloré intellectual property remains exclusively owned by Veloré.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloré shall not be liable for:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
